Our History

The Colegio Cristiano Integral de Funza was founded in 2001 on the initiative of Pastor MARTHA CORTES DE GOMEZThe new school, who attends the induction course for the formation of new schools and looking at the need of the Christian Crusade Church community of our municipality of Funza, who request to have an educational institution based on the axiological part and biblical principles, to help children and youth who wished to receive a quality education.

It was thus that Pastor Martha Cortés de Gómez, manages and begins with the educational project, making the request to the Secretary of Education of Cundinamarca, who granted the operating license to start this wonderful institution. Currently the educational institution is being directed by the rector Marcela Gómez Cortés.

Setting an example of belonging and development for the municipality of Funza and extending this benefit to other neighboring municipalities, after receiving this operating license the school starts with a population of 110 students in preschool and junior high school, in what today are the facilities of the Christian Crusade Church located on Avenida Carrera 13 No.17-56.

On December 16, 2002 official approval No. 006504 was granted for kindergarten, preschool, elementary and high school. All this is achieved with the support of our parents and authorities of our municipality who in one way or another gave us support and welcome us as a new institution in Funza for the year 2004 on August 4 is granted approval for the middle school (tenth and eleventh) with the approval No.003052.

Academic Excellence

We have taken out fifteen (15) promotions, including 2019, placing us at a higher level ICFES and partnering with OBED and ACSI, International, we are working on the certification and accreditation of our institution. It is currently under the rectorship of Lic. MARTHA CORTES DE GOMEZ and we have a population of 368 students and an educational level of excellence, providing transportation services to the Colombian capital with routes to Fontibón, Calle 80, Funza, Madrid and Mosquera, among others.
