How does the alternating mode of attendance work?
Each course will be divided in two groups A and B. Group A will attend in person on even days. Group B will attend in person on odd days.

Will students have classes on days when they are not in attendance?
Yes, students will be taught synchronously through the classroom and meet tool.

Will the costs be the same in any modality?
Yes, the costs will be the same for both modalities.

Is it possible for siblings to attend on the same day?
Yes, there will be a selection process for family members to attend on the same day.

If I move to another city can I continue virtually?
Yes, you will be able to continue the training process with us virtually. This with its due process.

What would the school day be?
Preschool: 7:00 a 12:50 a.m. to 12:50 p.m.
Elementary and Basic: 6:20 a 12:50 a.m.
Average: 6:20 to 3:00
Elementary and Basic: 6:20 a 12:50 a.m.

What will the rest periods be like?
There will be 5 rest periods:
Preschool and Garden: 9:30-10:20 a.m.
Transition: 10:20-11:10

What will the rest periods be like?

How will the students' entry and exit be?
Preschool, elementary and high school students will enter and exit through a different door, keeping their distance and complying with biosecurity protocols. Students requiring accompaniment should arrive or be picked up by an adult, ideally between 18 and 59 years of age, healthy, who has not had close contact with suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

What will be the biosafety protocol if symptoms for COVID 19 occur in one of the students on campus?
1. The teacher will inform Psychoorientation.
2. The student will isolate himself/herself within the Institution.
3. The parent will be called to report symptoms and pick up the student.
4. The parent should call their EPS and report the student's symptoms so that they can initiate their care protocol.
5. From that moment on, the student begins isolation and must be attentive to all EPS indications.
6. The group of students who participated that day in class with the student will preferably be in isolation monitoring symptoms from home.
7. During isolation time students will continue their academic work from home.

Is it important to use camera and audio for the classes?
The use of the camera and audio is mandatory for a good performance and receptivity of the virtual classes and identification of the participants, so that they are truly synchronous.

Will we be able to use cell phones at school next year?
The use of cell phones and other technological devices that interrupt the class and the attention of the students during the virtual and face-to-face classes is not allowed, except when the cell phone is the work tool of meet for the broadcast of the virtual class authorized by the parent.

Will there be route service?
There will only be service for the municipalities of Funza, Mosquera and Madrid. Students who live in Bogota will study in the virtual mode or will hire a private route.

Will the school restaurant operate next year?
Due to biosecurity protocols, the school will not offer restaurant service.
